Gorilla Project Management

This process is to rescue high at-risk projects, to which no other vendor will commit.  This effort is staffed by a team of people from across the United States.

The process consists of four steps and builds upon each succeeding step.  The client can stop at any step and proceed on their own.

1. Project Intervention

A real-time project analysis occurring during the project life-cycle. Within 1 week’s time, we identify critical success factors and broken processes for corrective action.

2. Project Correction

A follow-on to the Project Intervention. We establish the groundwork for implementing critical success factors and remediation of broken processes.

3. Project Administration Assistance

Assist the project manager in implementing corrective plans and providing training in these processes.

4. Post-Project Review

A formal review to identify ‘lessons learned’ and provide recommendations for improving future projects.
